You can return your item within 14 days of us shipping your order.<\/p>\n
Vi kan tyv\u00e4rr inte acceptera returer p\u00e5 smycken, accessoarer eller glas\u00f6gon. Om du returnerar dessa \u00e4nd\u00e5, tas en returavgift p\u00e5 250 SEK ut\/per artikel. Om du returnerar varor p\u00e5 REA, tar vi ut en returavgift p\u00e5 200 SEK, och om du returnerar flera plagg, l\u00e4ggs 100 SEK i returavgift per plagg till.<\/p>\n

Om du returnerar f\u00f6r sent, kan vi ta ut en avgift p\u00e5 400 SEK. Returen m\u00e5ste l\u00e4mnas till Postnord senast 14 dagar efter att vi skickat din best\u00e4llning. Om du inte l\u00f6ser ut ditt paket tar vi ut en avgift p\u00e5 400 SEK. Om din best\u00e4llning \u00e4r \u00f6ver 5000 SEK och du inte l\u00f6ser ut paketet, tas en avgift p\u00e5 1000 SEK ut.<\/p>\n
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The item must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.<\/p>\n
Your package includes a packing slip that explains how to return the item. Follow the instructions on the packing slip for returns or exchanges. Drop off your return at the same location where you picked up your package. We do not pick up returns at other locations. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund via Klarna or Swish.<\/p>\n
