We need the original packaging back, as well as all labels.
The item must, of course, be unused, and it must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Write down your order number, your name, and why you want to return the item. If you want to exchange for a different size, please state that as well. Then, email info@loveforever.se and request a return shipping label to be emailed to you.
It's important that you include your order number and what you wish to return\/exchange in your email. Print out the return shipping label and tape it to the bag. You will drop off your return at the same service point where you picked up your package. If you cannot print it out, ask the staff at the service point to print your return shipping label for you, but you must bring the tracking number which you can see on the return shipping label we emailed you. We will credit your invoice\/refund your money when we receive your return. \u00a0<\/p>\n
\u00a0There is no right of return for items under 350 SEK, nor for accessories, jewelry, glasses, etc. There is also no right of return when shopping from our live shopping events, as we put a lot of effort into showing how the clothes fit. Exchanges are okay. If you return the item late, we reserve the right to charge a fee of 300 SEK for late returns. If you do not collect your package, we will charge you 400 SEK. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Garments must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains. Your package includes a packing slip; at the bottom of it, you will find instructions on how to return items.<\/p>\n
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the packing slip that was included in your package. You can drop off your return at a service point, the same place where you picked up your package. We will not pick up your return if you choose to send it in another way. Once we have received your return, we will credit your Klarna invoice or refund your PayPal account or Swish. The cost for returns is 90 SEK for goods valued up to 1500 SEK. For goods valued over 1500 SEK, the return shipping fee is 150 SEK. For goods valued over 3000 SEK, the return shipping fee is 300 SEK. A return fee will be charged regardless of whether you choose to cover the return cost yourself. We incur significant costs for all returns. Exchanges cost 80 SEK. There is NO right of return for items valued under 350 SEK. Some promotions do not include a right of return, but this will be clearly stated on Facebook\/Instagram. Exchanges are accepted for a fee of 80 SEK.\u00a0<\/p>\n
