Returns must be made within 14 days from when we sent your order.
We need the original packaging back, along with all tags.
The item must of course be unused, it must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Write down your order number, your name, and why you want to return. If you want to exchange for another size, write that too. Then email info@loveforever.se and request a return shipping label to be emailed to you.
It\u2019s important to include your order number and what you want to return\/exchange in your email. Print out the return shipping label and tape it to the package. Drop off your return at the same service point where you picked up your package. If you can\u2019t print it out, ask the staff at the service point to print your return shipping label, but you must have the tracking number from the return label we emailed you. We will credit your invoice\/refund your money when we receive your return. <\/p>\n
There is no return policy on items purchased for less than 350 SEK, nor on accessories, jewelry, glasses, etc. There is also no return policy for live shopping purchases, as we put a lot of effort into demonstrating how the clothes fit. However, exchanges are permitted. If an item is returned late, we reserve the right to charge a 300 SEK late return fee. If you do not pick up your package, you will be charged 400 SEK. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Garments must not have any perfume scent or makeup stains. Your package includes a packing slip, which contains instructions on how to make a return at the bottom.<\/p>\n
If you wish to make a return or exchange, please follow the instructions at the bottom of the packing slip included in your package. Drop off your return at the service point where you originally picked up your package. We will not collect your return if you choose to send it via another method. Once we receive your return, we will credit your Klarna invoice or refund your PayPal account or Swish. The cost for returns is 90 SEK for product values up to 1500 SEK. For product values over 1500 SEK, the return shipping cost is 150 SEK, and for product values over 3000 SEK, the return shipping cost is 300 SEK. The return fee is charged regardless of whether you opt to cover the return cost yourself. We incur various costs irrespective of returns. Exchanges incur a fee of 80 SEK. There is no return policy for items valued under 350 SEK. For specific promotions, there is no return policy; this will be indicated on Facebook\/Instagram. Exchanges are permitted for an 80 SEK fee. <\/p>\n
