Returns must be made within 14 days from when we sent your order.
We need the original packaging back along with all tags.
The item must of course be unused, it must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Write down your order number, your name, and why you want to return. If you want to exchange for another size, write that too. Then email [email protected] and request a return shipping label to be emailed to you.
It’s important to include your order number and what you want to return/exchange in your email. Print out the return shipping label and tape it to the package. Drop off your return at the same service point where you picked up your package. If you can’t print it out, ask the staff at the service point to print your return shipping label, but you must have the tracking number from the return label we emailed you. We will credit your invoice/refund your money when we receive your return.

There is NO return policy on items you paid less than 350 SEK for, nor on accessories, jewelry, glasses, etc. There is also no return policy when shopping from our live shopping, as we put a lot of effort into showing how the clothes fit, but exchanges are okay. If you return it late, we reserve the right to charge 300 SEK for late returns. If you do not pick up your package, we will charge you 400 SEK. The item must be returned in its original condition with all tags intact and in the original packaging. The garments must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains. In your package, there is a packing slip, at the bottom of which is information on how to return.

If you want to make a return or exchange, follow the instructions at the bottom of the packing slip included in your package. Drop off the return at the service point, the same place where you picked up your package. We will not collect your return if you choose to send it another way. Once we receive your return, we will credit your invoice from Klarna or refund your PayPal account or Swish. The cost for return is 90 SEK for a product value up to 1500 SEK, for a product value over 1500 SEK the return shipping is 150 SEK, for a product value over 3000 SEK the return shipping is 300 SEK. The return fee is charged regardless of whether you choose to cover the return cost yourself. We have many costs regardless of returns. Exchange costs 80 SEK. There is NO return policy on items valued under 350 SEK. For certain promotions, there is no return policy, but this is stated on Facebook/Instagram. Exchange is okay for a fee of 80 SEK.
