Do you ship to Norway? No other charges besides the price of the goods and shipping (which is charged before you check out. Love Forever is VOEC registered, which means we charge Norwegian customers Norwegian VAT (thus included in the price you see here in our webshop) and we pay in Norwegian VAT every quarter to the Norwegian state. VOEC also means that we send all orders under NOK 3000 duty-free to Norway. So there will be no other charges than what you pay here in our webshop.
If you run a store and shop through our B2B shop, you will first receive a Preliminary order confirmation automatically to your email after you place your order. The final order confirmation will be sent shortly thereafter from our financial system and serves as confirmation of your order.
All products in the B2B shop are sold in pre-sized packaging, regardless of how the order is placed in the system.
We reserve the right to clearance sale and any inventory discrepancies.
All prices include 25% VAT.
All our deliveries are made with Postnord (Sweden) and UPS (Norway).
In Sweden, you can choose to have your package delivered to a Postnord pickup point, a parcel locker at a pickup point, or home delivery (excluding Norrland).
Sweden: Download the Postnord app to track all your shipments. The app is where you'll be notified when your package is available for pickup at the delivery point. The app is also where you'll receive a QR code for a return shipping label if you wish to return an item.
Shipping cost 59 SEK to a pick-up point or parcel locker in Sweden, home delivery (not Norrland) 129 SEK. 200 SEK to Norway.

To shop by invoice, we need your social security number. A credit check is performed online in a few seconds, and you will receive immediate notification if the purchase can be completed by invoice.

Information about the right of withdrawal
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to businesses) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the goods in undamaged condition and in their original packaging.

You can return your item within 14 days of us shipping your order.
Items costing less than 350 SEK, as well as accessories, jewelry, and eyewear, cannot be returned. If you return these items anyway, a return fee of 250 SEK will be charged per item. Items with a discount of more than 29% also cannot be returned. If you return these items, a return fee of 200 SEK will be charged, and if you return multiple items, an additional 100 SEK return fee will be charged per item.
Items from our “Bargain” category cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you return too late, we may charge a fee of 400 SEK. The return must be handed in to Postnord no later than 14 days after we sent your order. If you do not pick up your package, we will charge a fee of 400 SEK. If your order is over 5000 SEK and you do not pick up the package, a fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
The item must be returned in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. The item must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Your package includes a packing slip that explains how to return the item. Follow the instructions on the packing slip for returns or exchanges. Drop off your return at the same location where you picked up your package. We do not pick up returns at other locations. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund via Klarna or Swish.
Return fees:
- Sweden & Denmark:
- For goods value up to SEK 1500: SEK 150
- For goods value 1500-2500 SEK: 200 SEK
- For goods value 2500-3000 SEK: 300 SEK
- For goods value over SEK 3000: SEK 600
- For goods value over SEK 5000: SEK 1000
- If the original bag is missing, an additional 100 SEK will be charged.
- Norway
- For goods value up to 1500 SEK: 290 SEK
- For goods value 1500-2500 SEK: 350 SEK
- For goods value over 2500 SEK: 450 SEK
- For goods value over SEK 3000: SEK 750
If you have chosen to pick up your order in-store and wish to return the item there, a fee of SEK 50 will be charged for packaging materials, labor, and item reservation.
The return fee will be charged regardless of whether you choose to pay it yourself. We have high costs for returns and unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges. Email us at [email protected] If you need help.
Byte You can exchange items for a fee of SEK 100 plus shipping costs. If you return the items anyway, the same return fees as above apply.
In-store web order: If you ordered online and want to exchange in our store in Åkersberga, you cannot do it directly there. If you want to exchange, you will need to purchase something new in the store, and we will credit your web order minus a return fee the next business day.
