Love Forever is VOEC-registered in Norway. This means orders under 3,000 SEK are duty-free.
Norwegian VAT is paid directly at checkout and no extra fees are added on delivery. What you pay at checkout is the final amount.
Shipping to Norway: 200 SEK.
All prices include 25% VAT.
All our deliveries are made with Postnord (Sweden) and UPS (Norway).
In Sweden, you can choose to receive your package at a Postnord Collection Point, in a parcel locker at a Collection Point, or home delivery (excluding Northern Sweden).
Sweden: download the Postnord app to track all your shipments. The app will notify you when your package is ready for collection. You’ll also receive a QR code for return shipping label in the app if you want to return items.
Shipping cost 59kr Sweden for collection point or parcel locker, home delivery (excluding Northern Sweden) 129kr. 200kr Norway.
On www.loveforever.se you pay easily and securely via Kustom Checkout with Klarna.
At checkout you can choose the payment method that suits you best:
- Invoice – shop now, pay within 14 days after we ship your order.
- Instalments – split your payment over time via Klarna.
- Card – pay directly by card.
- Swish – pay easily with Swish right at checkout.
To pay by invoice, you enter your personal ID number at checkout. A credit check is done online in seconds and you’ll get immediate confirmation if the purchase can be made by invoice.
Klarna’s full terms of purchase are shown at checkout when you select a payment method. For all questions regarding your invoice or account, please contact Klarna’s customer service.
Right of Withdrawal Information
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to businesses) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item undamaged, in its original packaging.
You can return your item within 14 days from when we shipped your order.
Items costing less than 350 SEK, as well as accessories, jewelry, and glasses cannot be returned. If you return these anyway, a return fee of 250 SEK will be charged. Items with more than 29% discount cannot be returned either. If you return these, a return fee of 200 SEK will be charged, and if you return multiple items, an additional 100 SEK return fee per item will be added.
Items from our “Bargain” category cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you return late, we may charge a fee of 400 SEK. The return must be handed to Postnord no later than 14 days after we shipped your order. If you don’t collect your package, we will charge a fee of 400 SEK. If your order is over 5000 SEK and you don’t collect the package, a fee of 1000 SEK will be charged.
The item must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. The item must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Your package includes a delivery note explaining how to return the item. Follow the instructions on the delivery note for returns or exchanges. Drop off your return at the same location where you collected your package. We don’t collect returns from other locations. When we receive your return, we will refund you via Klarna or Swish.
Return Fees:
- Sweden & Denmark:
- For items valued up to 1500 SEK: 100 SEK
- For items valued 1500-2500 SEK: 200 SEK
- For items valued 2500-3000 SEK: 300 SEK
- For items valued over 3000 SEK: 600 SEK
- For items valued over 5000 SEK: 1000 SEK
- If original bag is missing, additional 100 SEK.
- Norway:
- For items valued up to 1500 SEK: 200 SEK
- For items valued 1500-2500 SEK: 350 SEK
- For items valued over 2500 SEK: 400 SEK
- For items valued over 3000 SEK: 700 SEK
If you chose to collect your order in store and want to return the item there, an additional fee of 50 SEK applies for packaging materials, handling, and item reservation.
The return fee is charged regardless of whether you choose to pay it yourself. We have high costs for returns and unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges. Email us at [email protected] if you need help.
Exchange: You can exchange items for a fee of 100 SEK plus shipping cost. If you return the items anyway, the same return fees as above apply.
Web orders in store: If you ordered online and want to exchange in our Åkersberga store, you cannot do this directly there. If you want to exchange, you’ll need to buy something new in the store, and we’ll credit your web order minus return fee the next business day.
