Shopping from Norway? No additional fees except product price and shipping (charged before checkout). Love Forever is VOEC-registered, meaning we charge Norwegian customers Norwegian VAT (included in the price you see in our webshop) and we pay Norwegian VAT quarterly to the Norwegian state. VOEC also means we ship all orders under 3000kr duty-free to Norway. So there are no additional charges beyond what you pay in our webshop.
All prices include 25% VAT.
All our deliveries are made with Postnord (Sweden) and UPS (Norway).
In Sweden, you can choose to receive your package at a Postnord Collection Point, in a parcel locker at a Collection Point, or via home delivery (excluding Northern Sweden).
Sweden: Download the Postnord app to track all your shipments. The app will notify you when your package is ready for pickup. You will also receive a QR code for a return shipping label in the app if you wish to return items.
Shipping cost 59kr Sweden for collection point or parcel locker; home delivery (excluding Northern Sweden) 129kr. 200kr Norway.

To shop using an invoice, we require your personal ID number. A credit check is performed online in seconds, and you'll receive immediate confirmation on whether the purchase can be made by invoice.
Card: You can also pay by card via Klarna.

Right of Withdrawal Information
According to the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, you as a consumer (this does not apply to businesses) have the right to withdraw from the agreement by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the item undamaged, in its original packaging.
Swish
Pay easily with Swish.
You can return your item within 14 days of your order's ship date.
Items costing less than 350 SEK, as well as accessories, jewelry, and eyewear, cannot be returned. If you return these items anyway, a return fee of 250 SEK will be charged. Items with a discount of more than 29% cannot be returned either. If you return these items, a return fee of 200 SEK will be charged, and if you return multiple items, an additional 100 SEK return fee per item will be added.
Items from our “Bargain” category cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you return late, we may charge a fee of 400 SEK. Items must be returned to Postnord no later than 14 days after we ship your order. If you do not collect your package, we will charge a fee of 400 SEK. Orders over 5000 SEK that are not collected will be charged a fee of 1000 SEK.
The item must be returned in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging. The item must not smell of perfume or have makeup stains.
Your package includes a delivery note explaining how to return the item. Follow the instructions on the delivery note for returns or exchanges. Drop off your return at the same location where you collected your package. We don’t collect returns from other locations. When we receive your return, we will refund you via Klarna or Swish.
Return Fees
- Sweden & Denmark:
- For items valued up to 1500 SEK: 100 SEK
- For items valued 1500-2500 SEK: 200 SEK
- For items valued at 2500-3000 SEK: 300 SEK
- For items valued over 3000 SEK: 600 SEK
- For items valued over 5000 SEK: 1000 SEK
- If the original bag is missing, there will be an additional charge of 100 SEK.
- Norway:
- For items valued up to 1500 SEK: 200 SEK
- For items valued 1,500-2,500 SEK: 350 SEK
- For items valued over 2500 SEK: 400 SEK
- For items valued over 3000 SEK: 700 SEK
If you chose to collect your order in store and want to return the item there, an additional fee of 50 SEK applies for packaging materials, handling, and item reservation.
The return fee is charged regardless of whether you choose to pay it yourself. We have high costs for returns and unfortunately cannot offer free exchanges. Email us at [email protected] If you need help.
Exchange You can exchange items for a fee of 100 SEK plus shipping costs. If you return the items anyway, the same return fees as above apply.
In-store web orders If you ordered online and want to exchange at our Åkersberga store, you cannot do this directly there. If you wish to make an exchange, you will need to purchase a new item in the store, and we will credit your web order minus a return fee the following business day.
